In the context of collaboration between the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology and three Vietnamese universities through the CADEO project, Lund University and Politecnico di Milano have played vital roles in sharing knowledge and skills with the educational and research community in Vietnam. This demonstrates Lund University's commitment to supporting sustainable development and addressing climate change.
The CADEO project is an outstanding example of international collaboration, in which Politecnico di Milano, Lund University, and several Vietnamese universities, including the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, have joined forces to develop high-quality courses in Earth Observation, Digital Twin Earth, Geospatial Web Applications, and Geospatial Artificial Intelligence. This program helps provide Vietnamese learners with the knowledge and skills needed to better understand climate change and mitigate the risks associated with natural disasters.
