HUMG alumni selected to serve as mentors in AGH’s Mentoring Programme
The programme connects AGH’s international alumni with current students and doctoral candidates. Through one-to-one online sessions, mentors share their professional knowledge and work experience, and help mentees set goals and plan their careers.
Having studied at AGH and gone on to work in different fields, the HUMG alumni will bring a range of perspectives on the transition from university to professional life.
“I am delighted and grateful for the opportunity to take part in the programme as a mentor. While studying at AGH through Erasmus+ Key Action 1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals, I received support from friends and more experienced students that helped me adapt and grow. Now I hope to share what I have learned and support students on their own journeys,” said Nguyen Thanh Cong.
More than 20 years of cooperation between HUMG and AGH University of Krakow have created opportunities for students to study and take part in academic exchanges. The alumni’s forthcoming participation as mentors builds on that cooperation by sharing their experience with the next generation of AGH students.
